Verna "GOGO" Gloria Patricia Chapman

Verna "GOGO" Gloria Patricia Chapman, 85, of Harrisburg, passed away Monday, May 1, 2023, at Atrium Health Pineville in Charlotte.

Mrs. Chapman was born April 28, 1938 in Guyana, South America, to the late Leslie Daly and the late Imelda Young Daly. 

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm - 6:45 pm, Friday, May 19, 2023, at Hartsell Funeral Home of Harrisburg. The funeral service in celebration of Mrs. Chapman's life will follow at 7:00 pm in the funeral home chapel, officiated by Pastor Derk Adams.

A second visitation will be held at Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home, 4216 Sterrettania, Rd. Erie, PA, on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.  Mrs. Chapman will be laid to rest at Erie County Memorial Gardens Mausoleum on May 24th.

Survivors include son, Ien (Arlene) Chapman of Harrisburg, NC; son, Andrew (Jenny) Chapman of London, England; god-children, John and Katherin Kingston; grandchildren, Alfred, Nakita, and Stacy; ten great-grandchildren; sister, Thelma Daly; brother, Denise Daly; and her favorite niece & nephew, Eartha Daly and Winston Daly; along with several nephews and nieces alike.
