Sheila Taylor

Sheila Taylor, 72, of Oakboro, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2020 at her home.

Shelia was born December 30, 1947 in Stanly County to the late Lewis Alonzo Efird and the late Wilma Rebecca Efird. She was also preceded in death by son, Larry Russell Taylor.

Shelia loved her family more than anything. She loved to tell jokes, shop on QVC, go to auctions, and enjoyed her "old lady days". She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Thursday, July 2, 2020 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle.

Survivors include husband, Larry Glenn Taylor of Oakboro; daughter, Kelly (Lewis) Cornett of Stanfield; granddaughters, Keisha (Thomas) Locy of Stanfield, Aleah Cornett of Stanfield, Jennah (Robert) Fredrick of Broken Arrow, OK; and seven great-grandchildren.
