Paul Helms

Paul Eugene Helms, 72, of Marshville, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at McWhorter Hospice House in Monroe.

Paul was born April 23, 1948 in North Carolina to the late Robert Clayton Helms and Shirley Elizabeth Helms.
He was also preceded in death by wife, Lorraine Helms.

Survivors include daughter, Paula (Cristin Brandt) Helms of Mint Hill, son, Alex (Deanna) Helms of Pageland, grandchildren, Mason, Grant, and Raegan Helms, and sister, Christine Yow.

Paul loved fishing and spending time with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed woodworking and cooking --- he made enough to feed an army of people every time.
