Edward Roy Trammell

Edward Roy Trammell, 54, of Concord, passed away Friday, April 23, 2021 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.

Ed was born November 29, 1966 in Charlotte, North Carolina to the late Roy Trammell and the late Virginia Ann Trammell.

The family will receive friends from 10:00am - 10:45am, Wednesday, April 28, 2021 , at Hartsell Funeral Home of Harrisburg . The funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00am, officiated by Rev. Matt Connor.

Survivors include wife, Renda Trammell of Concord, NC, daughter, Carol Ann (Samantha Villegas) Trammell of Durham, NC, sister, Kathy (Kevin) Dotterer of Gastonia, NC.

Ed will be remembered as a loving husband and father. He enjoyed spending time at the beach with his extended family, fishing, and spoiling his "grand-dogs". Ed also loved his church family at Newell Presbyterian Church where he was an active member. Ed served as an Elder member, was active in the worship committee, and helped teach the Hope Sunday school class. He worked in IT for Wells Fargo for 22 years and was also a part of Masonic Lodge. Ed will be dearly missed by his family who will cherish his memory always.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
