Claude Hinson

Claude Jackson Hinson, 87, of Stanfield, passed away on January 12, 2021 at his residence in Stanfield, NC.

He was born on February 24, 1933 to Claude and Berline (Watkins) Hinson in Stanfield, NC. Claude worked as a Technician for Celanese of Charlotte for 26 years and later retired in 1993.

On February 21st 1955 he married the love of his life, Frances Jeanette Thomas and from this union came 3 beautiful children.  Claude and Frances Jeanette lived out their days in Stanfield.

Claude is survived by his loving children, son, Joe Hinson of Stanfield; daughter, Cathy Hinson Clontz of Monroe; son-in-law, Alan Clontz; three grandkids and four great-grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Jeanette Hinson, mother, Berline Hinson, father, Claude Jackson Hinson, Sr., daughter, Debbie Ann Clontz, and sister Laythene Hinson Howard.

Private Funeral services will be held on at a later date.
