Billie Pair

Billie Shinn Pair, 74, of Concord, NC passed away peacefully on Friday, July 12, 2019.

Billie was born December 21, 1944 in Concord, NC to the late William McCoy Shinn and the late Elizabeth Mann Shinn.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her beloved dog Jake in 2016.

Survivors include her daughter Wendy Pair Kennedy and husband Michael of Huntsville, AL; son Gary Shannon Pair and wife Tena of Concord, NC; and brother Michael Steven Shinn and wife Kathy of Concord, NC.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.   Memorial donations in Billie's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital; or the Concord & Greater Cabarrus Humane Society.
