William "Bill" Francis Spears

William (Bill) Spears passed away in the loving arms of his sister, Tracy Spears Seitz on June 4, 2025 in Concord, North Carolina after a short illness.

He was preceded in death by his father, David K. Spears; his mother, Frances B. Spears and his brother-in-law, David L. Seitz, Jr.

Bill was born in Martinez, California. He grew up in Concord, California, and lived in Reno, Nevada. His careers included working as a flight attendant, gate agent and other hospitality positions. Bill was an avid lover of music from the Seventies and adored his precious pup, Phoebe.

Bill is survived by his loving sister, Tracy as well as nephew, Eric (Heather) Seitz and niece, Ashley (Jason) Seitz Taylor. He also has two loving great-nieces and three loving great-nephews.

Bill will be laid to rest at a future date in Mahomet, Illinois next to his beloved mother.
