Wayne Williams

Wayne Dale Williams,72, of Concord, passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2012 at Brian Center. There will be a graveside service, officiated by Rev Ray Rippy, at Sunset Memory Garden, 8901 Lawyers Road, Charlotte, NC, on Monday, January 23, 2012 at 11:00. Mr. Williams was born on August 10, 1939, to the late Henry Wayne and Wilma Elizabeth Bussey Williams. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Marie Riviere Williams. He was a sales engineer, enjoyed golf, fishing, photography, camping and vacations in the mountains. Wayne served a seven year term in the U.S. Airforce and was a Staff Sergeant. He is survived by two sons, David Williams and fiancé, Susan E. Wilt and Russell Dale Williams, all of Concord; and a grandson, David R. Williams of DeMotte, IN.
