Wayne Hatley

Harvey Wayne Hatley, Age 64 , Oakboro, passed away on October 03, 2009 at Stanly Regional Medical Center in Albemarle. He was born in Stanly county on December 23, 1944. Wayne Hatley was preceded in death by his father Robert M. Hatley and mother Jennie Davis Hatley. He is also preceded in death by his brothers Vonnie and Felton Hatley and two sisters Vera and Vernie Hatley. He is survived by his wife of 41 years Karen Honeycutt Hatley and his daughters; Lorie Bell and husband Mark Bell of Mint Hill and Amanda Hatley Poole and husband Wesley Poole of Oakboro. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Savannah, Bailey, Trip Poole and Mark Bell II. A visitation will be held on Monday, October 5, 2009 from 6:00 PM - 08:00 PM at Hartsell Funeral Home in Albemarle. Funeral service will held on Tuesday,October 06,2009 at 2:00 PM at Big Lick Baptist Church, 626 Big Lick Rd. Oakboro NC. with the minister Rev. Jeff Springer officiating. Burial will follow at Big Lick Baptist Church Cemetery.
