Wayne Clemons

Wayne Douglas Clemons, 72 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Saturday, October 7, 2017 at his home.

Mr. Clemons was born September 27, 1945 in West Virginia to the late Clarence Clemons and the late Myrtle Shell Clemons. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Ernestine Clemons; and siblings, Berta June Bryant, Janice Clemons, Joann Shepherd, Clarence Clemons, Richard Clemons, and Dale Clemons

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Thursday, October 12, 2017 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle.

Survivors include daughters, Amy Mills and husband Jay of Albemarle and Teresa Avila of Kernersville; son, Doug Clemons, Jr and wife Kimberly of Albemarle; seven grandchildren, Tyler, Wesley, and Cody Clemons, Kyle Wilson, Catherine Smith, Jared Brackins, and Jay Mills, Jr.
