Vincenzo Scalia

Vincenzo Scalia, 85, of Pompano Beach, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2026, at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis, North Carolina.

Vincenzo was born January 19, 1941, in Italy to the late Giovanni Scalia and the late Rosa Scalia. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend whose warmth, strength, and love for his family touched all who knew him.

Vincenzo will be remembered for his hardworking nature, his dedication to family, and the values he instilled in those around him. He enjoyed spending time with his loved ones and took great pride in watching his family grow through the generations. His legacy of love, kindness, and perseverance will continue to live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind.

The Memorial Service will be on Wednesday, July 1st at 6:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home of Harrisburg, 12115 University City Blvd., Harrisburg, NC 28075.  

Survivors include wife, Angela Scalia, his son, John Scalia and wife Kristine; his son, Sal Scalia, Gina Nazarian and husband Michael; and his eight cherished grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends who will greatly miss him.

Hartsell Funeral Home of Harrisburg is serving the Scalia family.
