Victory Jean Tucker

Victory Jean Harding Tucker, born on November 28, 1959, in Statesville, North Carolina, passed away at home on February 11, 2026.

She is survived by her children, Christopher Tucker and Latisha Tucker Reagan (Charles Reagan, Jr.), and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Reagan and CT Reagan III. Victory is also survived by her siblings, Charles Harding, Jr., Ronald Harding, Jodi Watson, and Connie Paschal (Tony), along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Jean Alexander Harding.

Victory’s life was marked by resilience and a determination that carried her through many personal challenges. Her path was not an easy one, and she navigated it in the ways she knew how. Through all of life’s complexities, one constant remained: her deep love for animals. She rescued and cared for many throughout her life, finding comfort and purpose in the companionship they offered.
