Van Erwin Creel

Van Erwin Creel, 76, of Concord, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2026 at Atrium Health Cabarrus Hospital in Concord.

Mr. Creel was born September 24, 1949 in Charleston, South Carolina to the late Randy Creel and the late Margaret Bridge Creel.

Mr. Creel was of the Presbyterian faith and a member of Concord ARP Church.

A graveside service will be on Tuesday, June 2 at 2:00 pm at Oakwood Cemetery, 471 Church Street, Concord, officiated by Pastor David Jones.

Survivors include wife, Cynthia Dianne Creel of Concord, NC and fur babies Angel Grace and Channel Faith.

Memorials may be made in memory of Mr. Creel to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or The American Heart Association.
