Thomas Passmore, Sr

Thomas Lyle Passmore, Sr., 68, of Harrisburg, passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2012, at Carolinas Medical Center - Northeast. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord on Friday, August 17, 2012, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. A funeral service, officiated by the Rev. Ronald Helms, will follow in the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel at 5:00 p.m. Tom was born on May 18, 1944, to the late Jeffrey and Pauline Passmore. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two siblings, Linda Goodman and Lindsey Passmore. He is survived by his wife, Erlene Passmore; a son, Tommy Lyle Passmore, Jr. and his wife, Christy of Maggie Valley; two daughters, Paula P. Judd and her husband, Chris of Harrisburg, PA and Tonia P. Steele and her husband, Dean of Harrisburg, NC; seven grandchildren, Haley and Mallory Passmore, Danielle and Carson Judd, and Blake, Briley and Bluette Steele; two great-grandchildren, Brantley Rae and Madeline Rose; brother, William Passmore; and three sisters, Sharon Bennett, Gail Anderson and Verna Lee Garrett. Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Passmore family.
