Thomas Nolan Beaver, Sr.

Thomas Nolan Beaver, 83, of Concord, passed away Friday, October 10, 2025 at Ann Street Senior Living in Kannapolis.

Mr. Beaver was born December 24, 1941, in North Carolina to the late Nolan Clarence Beaver and the late Dixie Ashe Griggs.

He was also preceded in death by wife, Wanda Joyce Beaver, and great-grandson, Alec Shires, and sister, Sue Walker.

Tom was a devoted Christian, husband and father. He never missed an event that involved his children. Tom enjoyed being a private pilot and he was a proud Navy/Army Veteran. His favorite past time was laughing and talking with anyone who would listen.

A funeral service will held be at 3pm on Tuesday, October 21, 202 at Community Baptist Church of Locust, officiated by Rev. Landon Kasiah and Rev. Walt Griggs.

Survivors include son, Thomas Nolan Beaver, Jr. (Laura) of Concord, NC; daughter, Dixie Beaver Shires (Tim) of Stanfield, NC; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
