Theodore Franklin Huneycutt, Jr.

Theodore Franklin Huneycutt, 88, of Stanfield, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 surrounded by his loving family.

"Ted" was born June 24, 1938 in Stanfield, NC. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Kaye Huneycutt, and his parents Theodore Franklin Huneycutt and Minnie Sota Huneycutt.

Survivors include his daughter, Selma Huneycutt Cranford and husband David; his son Theodore "Ted" Huneycutt, III and wife Kelley; and grandchildren Aubrey Huneycutt, Luke Huneycutt Cranford, and Levi Huneycutt Cranford.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. - 3:45 p.m., Saturday, October 24, 2026 at Indian Hill Church, 8349 NC Highway 200, Stanfield, NC 28163. The funeral service will immediately follow at the gravesite at 4:00 p m and will be officiated by Rev. Gene Hopkins.
