The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Saturday, February 16, 2013 from 2 until 4 PM. Funeral services will follow at 4 PM in the chapel, with Scott Jenkins officiating. Mr. Bradford was born on November 25, 1950 in Harrodsburg, Kentucky, to the late Clayton Bradford and Edith Mae Jenkins Bradford. Terry retired from IBM and later was owner and operator of Criss, Inc. He is survived by his wife Elena Bradford; daughters, Michelle Clay and husband Scott and Nikki Bradford; son, Clay Bradford; granddaughter, Jourdan Clay; sister, Tammi Wilkerson and husband Darren.
