Tammy Cranford

Tammy Lynn Cranford, 43, of Concord, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2013. Ms. Cranford was born August 9, 1970 to Darrell Cranford and Carolyn Galyan. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord on Thursday, January 2, 2014 from 10:00 am until 11:00am. A graveside service will follow at West Concord Cemetery at 11:00 am on Thursday. In addition to her parents she is also survived by a two children, Preston and Brooke Cranford of the home. Hartsell Funeral Home is serving the Cranford family.
