Tamara Almond Burleson

Tamara A. Burleson, 85, of Concord, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville.

Tamara was born March 4, 1941 in North Carolina to the late Henry Roman Almond and the late Cassie Lee Wilma Chandler.

She was also preceded in death by husband, Calvin Lewis Burleson.

A Graveside service will be on Monday, June 8, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Fairview Memorial Park in Albemarle officiated by Rev. Don Burleyson.

Survivors include daughter, April B. (Glenn) Fesperman, grandchildren; Holly (Seth) Coley, Kelly (Nick) Burleson, and Haley Fesperman (Dalton Carr) , great grandchildren; Hunter and Reed Coley, and Luca Carr, also brother Tony (Sue) Almond.

Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle is serving the Burleson family.
