Sylvia, endearingly called Mawmaw Sherm, enjoyed time with her family, working in the yard, and taking her grandchildren on afternoon golf cart joyrides. She is remembered for her feisty and sassy demeanor and was loved by everyone who knew her.
The family would like to thank The Concord Place for the excellent support and phenomenal care offered to both Sylvia and her family. The staff at The Concord Place exceeded all expectations by truly loving Sylvia as a member of their own family. Hospice of Cabarrus County is an outstanding resource and we are forever indebted to them for their grace, support and services.
