Susan Caseman

Susan “Louise” Burleson Caseman, age 90, of Atlanta, formerly of Albemarle NC, passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2013. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle on Thursday, February 21, 2013 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm and Friday, February 22, 2013 from 12:30pm until 1:30pm. The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Joe Smith, will be held at Stanly Gardens of Memory, Mausoleum on Friday, February 22, 2013 at 2:00pm. Burial will follow at Stanly Gardens of Memory Mausoleum. Lousie was born on October 19, 1922, to the late Lee Burleson and the late Bessie Burleson. She is also preceded in death by her husband in 2007, Dr. Austin B. Caseman; and six brothers, Shelby, Edward, Hubert, Rayvon , Macon “Stoney”, and Newell Burleson. She is survived by a daughter, Cathy Anne Berdahl of Reston, VA; a granddaughter, Carly Rebekka Berdahl of Atlanta; a sister Maxine Tucker of Albemarle; a brother, Ernest Burleson of Concord; and numerous, nieces and nephews. Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle is serving the Caseman family.
