Steven Nye King

Steven Nye King, 66, of Mount Gilead, NC, passed away September 11, 2025 at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, NC.

Steven was born on September 10, 1959, in Hendersonville, NC, to Marvin and Donna King. He was also preceded in death by Gene King and Sheri Meadows.

The family will receive family and friend from 1:00 - 4:00pm, Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Woodrun Club House, 938 Woodrun Drive, Mount Gilead, NC 27306. There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.

Survivors include; wife, Cindy King, of Mt. Gilead, NC; daughters, Fawn (Jun Crisco) Stephens, of Troy, NC, April (Dustin) Wallace, of Norwood, NC; sisters: Angie (Ray) Suggs of Arden, NC; Lisa (Shane) Meadows, of Arden, NC, Brenda (Paul) Sheldrick, of Hendersonville, and brother; Bob (Annette) Miller, of Asheville, NC; son-in-law; Kevin Stephens, of Mount Gilead, NC; grandchildren; Taylor (Moses Vanhoy) Stephens, of Troy, NC, Matthew (Nala Smith) Stephens, of Mt. Gilead, NC,  Austin King, of Mt. Gilead, NC and  many nieces and nephews.
