Steven Kiker

Steven Johnson Kiker, 68, of Concord, passed away Friday, July 22, 2022 at Atrium Health University City in Charlotte.

Mr. Kiker was born July 21, 1954 in Cabarrus County, North Carolina to the late Archie Johnson Kiker and the late Mary Collins Kiker.

Steve was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother and will be greatly missed by his family. He was a member of Westford United Methodist Church and the Ken Austen Sunday School Class. He loved the outdoors, working in his garden, riding his bike, and working on the bike trail (Rocky River Trail) that he built.

The memorial service will be on Saturday, July 30th at 1pm and be held at Westford United Methodist Church. The service will be officiated by Jeffrey J. Rushing.

Survivors include wife of 45 years, Tana Auten Kiker of Concord, NC. Sons, Josh Kiker (Samantha) of Charlotte, Matt Kiker (Tania) of Concord, Mike Kiker of Justin, Texas; Grandchildren, Jackson Kiker and Kinsley Kiker of Charlotte, Limari Bonaparte of JBLM, Washington and Dyani Laws of Concord; Brother Alan Kiker of Concord.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Cupboard of Love Food Pantry at Westford United Methodist Church.
