Steven Edward Akers

Steven Edward Akers, 43, of Richfield, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2025 at his home.

Steven was born November 11, 1981 in West Virginia to Danny Hoss Blaylock and Stephanie Ann Akers.

He was also preceded in death by grandmother, Shirley Beachum; aunts, Linda Burnette and Lisa Bowen; and uncle, Thomas Akers.

Survivors include mother, Stephanie Ann Akers of Richfield, NC, father, Danny Hoss Blaylock of Richfield, NC, children, Savannah Akers, Haillie Akers, and Steven Akers, Jr.; grandchildren, Aaliyah Boyer, Steven Woody, Jr., Serenity Woody, Anthony Woody, Silas Woody, and Nathanel Akers; favorite sister, Michelle Blaylock and best sister, Tonya Thompson; favorite cousin, Edmund Akers of Richfield, NC; and many favorite nieces and nephews.
