Sharon Campbell

Sharon Hunter Campbell, 75, of Shelby, passed away on Monday, November 24, 2025 at her home. Born March 5, 1950 in Concord, NC, she was the daughter of John Roberts Jr. and Johnsie Roberts.

Sharon was the loving wife of David Larry Campbel for 28 years, who passed away March 17, 2011.

She is survived by her sons Timothy and Stephen Campbell; grandchildren John, Christopher, and Brooklyn; brothers Tom Roberts, Stephen Roberts, and Richard Roberts; sisters Robbin Creech and Sloan Pierce; and many nieces and nephews.

Sharon enjoyed her work as a childcare provider, kitchen coordinator, and bus driver throughout her career at Childcare Network. She was also a member of Grace United Methodist Church of Charlotte where she enjoyed attending services and events.

At this time, there will not be a service; however, the family will hold a private service at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace United Methodist Church of Charlotte, NC.
