Shannon Lefler

Shannon Jackson Lefler, 37, of China Grove, passed away on Saturday, September 8, 2012, at Carolinas Medical Center - Northeast. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 from 12 until 2 PM. Funeral services will follow at 2 PM in the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Rev. Steve Pennington. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis. Shannon was born on April, 7, 1975, to Walter Jackson Lefler, Jr. and Susan Barbee Hartsell. He was a supervisor with Lefler Electronics. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter J. Lefler, Sr., Bobby Ray Barbee and Shirley Gunter Loggins. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Haley Cheyenne Shackelford, Skylar Jackson Lefler, Avery Saxon Lefler; his wife Melissa Brandi Page Lefler and children Madison Brooke Smith, Bree Elizabeth Smith, Dane Cameron Smith, and Logan Nathaniel Smith; sisters, Heather L. Gainey and husband Jeremy of Kannapolis, Cassie L. Measimer and husband Daniel of Concord, Lisa Marie Hartsell of Concord: step-parents, Pamela Davis Lefler of Concord, Russ Monroe Hartsell of Concord; paternal-grandparent, Sadie Darlene Lefler of Concord; nieces, Samara Marie Gainey, Karlie Annette Gainey, Ava Grace Measimer.
