Sarah Furr

Sarah Danella Gray Furr, 71, of Concord passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at CMC-NorthEast in Concord. She was born on December 10, 1939 in Cabarrus County to the late Daniel Wilson and Ida Yates Gray. Sarah was a teller at First Charter, and retired from Lowe’s as a clerk. A visitation will be held at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Monday, August 15, 2011 from 6 until 8 PM. A Memorial service will be held at Center United Methodist Church on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at 11 AM with Rev. Tony Allen officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Center United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, James Frank "Frankie" Furr of the home; brother, Tommy Gray of Concord; sister, Ann Gray Christy of Concord.
