Sandra Ritch

Sandra Marie Hatley Ritch, 59 years of age, of Concord, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2013 at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast. Sandra was born July 5, 1954 in Cabarrus County to the late Kenneth Ray Hatley and the late Doris Jane Honeycutt Hatley. She is also preceded in death by her daughter, Kenza Spring. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Monday, December 30, 2013 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will be on Tuesday at 2:00 pm at Pine Grove Baptist Church in Concord, with Rev. Ray Rivenbark officiating. She will lie in state for 30 minutes prior to the service. The burial will follow the service in the church cemetery. At other times, the family will be meeting at the home. She is survived by her beloved husband of 34 years, Seab Albert Ritch who took care of her through her long illness, and never left her side. She is also survived by her children, Chad Cochran, Destiny Lambert and Gabrielle Squires; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Sandra loved her husband, children, and grandchildren dearly. She was a sweet and giving person who would give everything she had and never turn anybody down. Sandra enjoyed life, and was a loyal member of Pine Grove Baptist Church. Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Ritch family.
