Sandra Elaine Long Acker 60 of 169 Madison Avenue Concord passed away on Monday, February 22, 2010 at her home. Born on October 6, 1949 in Atlanta, GA. to the late JoAnn Hicks Long and Alvin Prince Long whom survives. Mrs. Acker was a LPN and worked for Favorite Nurse in Charlotte, and was a member of Church of Philadelphia in Charlotte. A Memorial service will be held at a later date. Survived by: husband, Lee Acker of Huntersville; daughter, Jennifer Neal of Concord; father, Alvin Long of Spencer, TN; grandchildren, Lareina â€Pookie†Asilis, Darius Neal, BreAnn Neal, Aryanna Neal, and Amir Hooper; brother, Danny Long; sisters, Brenda Peterson and Sherri Boyer.
