Mrs. Ruth Helen Combs, Age 91 passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2009 at The Oaks At Town Center in Harrisburg, NC. Born in Baltimore Maryland on September 8, 1918 to the late William Rock and the late Ruth Alice (Whaley) Rock, also preceded in death by her first husband Cecil Combs, and her second husband Norman Stickney. Mrs. Combs was a homemaker. A family memorial service will be held at a later date. survived by: daughter, Gail Alyce Scott and husband Allen of Harrisburg; brother, Richard Rock of Leesburg, FL; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
