Ruth Agnes Blackwell, 78 years of age, of Concord, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2016 at Avante of Concord.
Ruth was born March 19, 1938 in Pennsylvania to the late John W, Latta and the late Flo Ann Wilson.
Mrs. Blackwell worked for many years as a buyer for JC Penny's in Clarksburg, WV. She enjoyed playing Bingo, Watching Mountaineers football and Golf.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Tracy Blackwell; her sister, Peggy Snyder, her brother, John Latta.
Survivors include her son, Derick Blackwell & wife Jackie of Concord, NC.
