Robert Lynn Waltrip, 60 years of age, of Concord, passed away Sunday, March 23, 2014 at CMC NorthEast in Concord.
Robert was born March 4, 1954 in Owensboro, Kentucky to the late Leroy Waltrip and Margaret Jean Waltrip.
A memorial service will be on Thursday at 1:00 pm in the Hartsell Funeral Home chapel in Concord officiated by Pastor Todd Shaw.
Survivors include son, Tyler Lee-Bob (Karalee) Waltrip of Concord, NC; brother, Darrell (Stephanie) Waltrip of Franklin, TN; sister, Carolyn Waltrip of Sherrills Ford, NC; sister, Connie (David) Brinkley of Sherrills Ford, NC; brother, Michael Waltrip of Huntersville, NC; mother, Margaret Jean Waltrip of Sherrills Ford, NC; grandson, Connor Waltrip of Concord, NC.
In lieu of flowers memorials may made to The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation in honor of Bobby's grandson Connor Waltrip: 302 Ridgefield Court, Asheville, NC 28806..
