Robert Eugene Proctor, 76 years of age, of Concord, NC passed away Saturday, March 24, 2018.
Robert was born May 3, 1941 in Concord, NC to the late Gene Proctor and the late Beulah Furr Proctor.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Kathy McDonald Proctor; son Cory Proctor; brother in law Jeff McDonald and wife Cathy; nephew Danny McDonald, and mother in law Opal Horton.
