Richard Edmond Griffin, 85, of Charlotte, passed away Monday, May 19, 2025 at home.
Richard was born July 3, 1939 in North Carolina to the late James Cornelius Griffin and the late Flora Estelle Griffin. He was also preceded in death by sister Carol G. Fesperman.
Richard was a family man who loved spending time with his family and traveling.
Survivors include wife, Phyllis McCulloch Griffin of Charlotte, NC; daughter, Robin Benenhaley (David) of Midland, NC; son Jeff Griffin (Nancy).; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Services are private.
Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland is serving the Griffin family.
