Raymond Valpreda

Raymond Louis Valpreda, 68, of Concord, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2013. Mr. Valpreda was born April 17, 1945 in New Jersey to the late Remo and Marie Valpreda. Ray enjoyed drag racing, bowling, was a huge UNC basketball fan and NY Giants football fan. A memorial service will be held at Morningstar Lutheran Church in Matthews on January 11, 2013 from 2:00pm. Survivors include wife, Ruth Valpreda of Concord, NC, daughter, Suzanne (Holger) Veith, daughter, Stacy (Scott) Appleyard, daughter, Kristin (Steve) Albinson, son, Justin Valpreda, granddaughter, Liliane Veith, granddaughter, Annabelle Veith, grandson, Alexander Veith, grandson, Griffin Appleyard, grandson, Colin Appleyard, granddaughter, Nicole Appleyard, grandson, Barrett Appleyard, granddaughter, Elliette Albinson, granddaughter, Sarah Curtiss, Logan Cuinn; and our special and best friends, Dot and John Presing from North Haledon, NJ.
