Patsy Phillips

Patsy Floriece Garmon Phillips, 75, of Indian Trial, NC, passed away February 9, 2013 at CMC-Mercy Main in Charlotte, N.C. Mrs. Phillips was born October 7, 1937 in Cabarrus County to the late Clarence Oscar Garmon and Fetney Hargett Garmon . She was the owner of Pat’s Place Grill and her life revolved around her Grill and her family. She enjoyed being outside gardening as well. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, February 12, 2012 at 4 p.m. in the chapel of Hartsell Funeral Home Midland with Pastor Garold Roseman officiating. The family will gather with friends immediately following the service. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Ware Phillips; brothers, Bob Garmon and Newton “Bud” Garmon and her sister, Marie Grey. She is survived by her; daughter, Renee Phillips Brooks of Charlotte; son, Allen Phillips of Charleston, SC; sisters, Judy Walling of Concord and Betty Loving of Monroe; brother, Oscar Garmon of GA; sister-in-law, Phyllis Garmon of Midland and numerous nieces and nephews. Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland is serving the Phillips family.
