Olivia Leone Harris, 67 years of age, of Concord, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2016 at Carolinas Healthcare System-Northeast in Concord.
Olivia was born February 2, 1949 in Roanoke, Virginia to the late David Oliver Strawn and the late Mildred Mayo Cord.
She was a graduate of Petersburg General Hospital School of Nursing. Olivia enjoyed fishing and watching her Carolina Panthers. She loved her family dearly.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 o'clock on Friday, December 2, 2016 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will be on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 11:00 am at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord officiated by Rev. Clay Monkus. Burial will follow.
Survivors include husband, Fred Lawrence Harris; her daughter, Millie Lyles and husband, Aaron; two sons, Fred Harris II, and John Harris and wife, Michelle; eight grandchildren: Gavin, Gunnar, Isabelle, Owen, Grace, Zachary and Nathan Harris, and Jesse Lyles; brother, David Strawn and wife, Susan; sister, Charlotte Boone; and like a second daughter, Patricia Smith; also, Smitty, her beloved dog.
