Olga Mae Thompson Tomberlin, 79 years of age, of Kannapolis, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2015 at CMC - NorthEast in Concord.
Olga was born July 27, 1936 in Wildwood, New Jersey to the late Torbel Tennyson Thompson and the late Madelean Russell Thompson. She was also preceded in death by husband of 53 years, Ray Bixler Tomberlin; son, Mark Tomberlin; daughter, Debbie Tomberlin,; and four sisters.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Shiloh Advent Christian Church, 3601 Sikes Mill Rd., Monroe. The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Jerry Ingle, will follow at 1:00 PM. The burial will be in the church cemetery.
She is survived by daughter, Rebecca Susan Hahn and husband, Darrell of Locust; and son, Toby Lane Tomberlin and Rebecca Ann of Kannapolis.
