Nicole Elaine Purser Blackburn, 30 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Monday, January 4, 2016 at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast in Concord.
Nicole was born June 22, 1985 in Stanly County to Billy Lee Purser and the late Ann Burleson Purser.
The family will have a private gathering at a later time.
Survivors include husband, Josh Blackburn of Albemarle; father, Billy Lee Purser of Wilmington; brother, Jamie Purser; maternal grandparents, Ted and Carolyn Burleson of Albemarle.
