Nathaniel "Nate" Lee Hooks, 15, of Apopka, Florida, passed away November 19, 2015.
Mr. Hooks was born June 30, 2000 in Concord, North Carolina. He was a student at Apopka High School. He is survived by his loving parents Mindy Laws and Ronnie Hooks of Apopka, FL; brother Joshua Laws of Apopka, FL.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Heritage Baptist Church in Concord. Funeral service will immediately follow at 3:00 pm.
