Michelle Renee Ussery, 49 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Tuesday, November 18, 2014.
Michelle was born October 23, 1965 in Albemarle, NC to the late Mickey Eugene Lawhon and the late Mildred Ann Lawhon.
The family will receive friends from 5 pm until 7 pm on Sunday, November 23, 2014. The funeral service will be at 3 pm on Monday at Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel, with Rev. Jeremy Holt officiating. The burial will follow at the Stanly Gardens of Memory at 2001 East Main St., Albemarle. At other times the family will be gathering at the home.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Ricky Lee Ussery of Albemarle; son, Chris (Tabitha) Ussery of Oakboro; three sisters, Mary Ann Barringer of Aquadale, Diane Morgan of Albemarle, and Teresa Helms of Aquadale; two brothers, Michael Lawhon, and Sam Lawhon both of New London, and her beloved Yorkie, Shorty.
