Michelle Hand

Michelle Marie Brigham Hand, 41 years of age, of Concord, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 7, 2015. She was a loving wife, mom and daughter.

Michelle was born August 25, 1974 in Binghamton, NY to James E. Brigham Jr. and Susan M. Brigham.

Survivors include her husband, Steven S. Hand, Jr. of Concord; her son Jamarcus James Hand; her daughter Rihanna Rosalie Hand; her nephew/son Titus Hand; her parents James E. Brigham, Jr. and Susan M. Brigham; her sister Christie Brigham; nephew Shawn Cuffie and niece Alexa Brigham; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and dear friends.

Michelle was a super wife and loving mother. She enjoyed spending time with her family and going to the beach. Michelle loved life to the fullest. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew her.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will immediately follow at 8:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel of Concord, officiated by Rev. Steve Ayers.
