Michael "Mike" Floyd Britt

Michael "Mike" Floyd Britt, 53, of Albemarle, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2023 at his home.

Mike was born September 3, 1969 in North Carolina to Robert Thomas Britt and Linda Kay Sells Britt.  

“Mike loved his family, and he especially loved spending time with his children and grandchildren, as well as cooking, fishing, and freedom. He prided himself on being an American, and being a born-again Christian. He would never hesitate to give the shirt off his back if he thought someone needed it, and he valued the virtue of generosity. He will be remembered by his family as one of the most giving and most loving men to ever exist. A private celebration of life called Remembering Mike will be held for immediate family only. "
