Melvin Howard Addair, 54 years of age, of Concord, passed away Sunday, December 21, 2014 at in Concord.
Mr. Addair was born June 16, 1960 to Raleigh and the late Eva Addair.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
He is survived by three children, Natasha Crigger, Josiah Addair and Jeremy Addair; and a brother William "Billy" Addair.
