Marylin Snuggs

Marylin Crisco Snuggs, 65 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Carolinas HealthCare System Stanly.

Mrs. Snuggs was born in Stanly County to the late Floyd Charles Crisco and Mary Ruth Austin Crisco. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Russell Snuggs, Jr.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. The funeral service will be on Thursday, March 22, 2018  at 1:00 PM at Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel in Albemarle officiated by Pastor Brad Lynch and Pastor Steve Barbee. Burial will follow at Randall United Methodist Church Cemetery, 48144 Randalls Church Road in Norwood.

In addition to her mother, survivors include sons, Robert Russell "Rusty" Snuggs, III of Albemarle and Stephen Eugene (Whitney) Snuggs of GA; sister, Sybil Apsega; brothers, Eugene Crisco (Betsy) and Jerry Crisco (Debra); mother-in-law, Evelyn Dick, sister-in-laws, Kathy Edwards and Cindy Gaddy (Walter); and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to North Albemarle Baptist Church., 401 Park Ridge Road, Albemarle, NC 28001 for foreign mission trips.
