Mary Elizabeth Jansson

Mary Elizabeth Jansson, 89, of Concord, passed away Monday, July 21, 2025 at Drake Assisted Living Facility in Concord.

Mary was born August 21, 1935 in North Carolina to the late Joseph James Coble and the late Georgia Elizabeth Coble. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, William "Bill" Jansson, who served together as Ministers with the Salvation Army for 33 years. Mary was also preceded in death by her siblings, James William Coble, John Max Coble, Paul Edward Coble, Daisy Mae Eudy, Annie Faye McBride, and Joseph Alexander Coble.

Mary is survived by her sister, Alice Coble Voorheis and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm, Thursday, July 24, 2025, at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm, Thursday, July 24, 2025, at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord officiated by her nephew, Archie Coble. Burial will follow at the Carolina Memorial Park Kannapolis at 601 Mt Olivet Rd, Concord, NC 28025.
