Madeleine Anderson

Madeleine Anderson, 82, of Concord, NC went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at Atrium Health Cabarrus Hospital in Concord.

Madeleine was born July 29, 1943 in Luton, England to the late Perceval Baldwin and the late Lilian Baldwin. She was also preceded in death by son, Mark Anderson.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Roy Anderson of Concord, NC; son, Lee Anderson and wife Karie; son, Paul Anderson and wife Tammy; son, Craig Anderson and wife Tina; grandchildren, Alyssa, Adam (McKenzie), Kyle, Kadyn (Matt), Ella, Abigail, Jacob (Rachel), Nicholas, Luke (Kathryn) and Blake (Lydia); great grandchildren, Amelia, Delilah, and Myles.

While raising their family, they took many memorable camping trips. Roy and Madeleine loved to travel, visiting most of the European countries. The two of them also enjoyed taking cruises with longtime friends. She proudly worked for 30 years in the Menominee public school system.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 - 10:45 am, Friday, June 26, 2026 at Roberta Methodist Church, 3925 Cochran Rd, Concord, NC. A celebration of life service will follow at 11:00 am, officiated by Rev. Chad Irons.
