Louise (Troublefield) Bowers "Granny Squeak", age 81, of 21126 Biles Rd, Albemarle, N.C., died Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at Stanly Regional Medical Center in Albemarle, N.C. She was born August 4, 1927 in Stanly County, NC and was a member of Faith Free Will Baptist Church in New London, NC. She loved her family and gospel music. The family will meet at her home. She was the daughter of the late Willie James Troublefield and the late Tishie Inez (Earnhardt) Troublefield. She was also preceded in death by her husband Floyd "Coot" Coolidge Bowers deceased 1995. Brothers, Don Troublefield and Jim Troublefield, sister Betty Bramble and granddaughters, Keisha Dale and Kresta Dawn Starnes. She is survived by her Son-Danny Bowers and wife Johnette of Albemarle, N.C. Daughters-Becky Bowers of Albemarle, N.C. and Jo (Bowers) Starnes and husband Danny of Albemarle, N.C. Grandchildren, Darrell Greer, Shellie Bowers, Kelli Speight and Keith Starnes. Sister-Bobbie Burleson and husband Mike of Albemarle, N.C. Seven great-grandchildren Arrangements are being handled by Hartsell Funeral Home - Albemarle, N.C., where the family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM Thursday, July 2, 2009. Funeral service will be at Faith Free Will Baptist Church at 4:00 PM Friday, July 3, 2009 with a 30 minute state. Rev. Sam Wilson, Rev. Terry Smith, Rev. Andrew Ball officiating.
