Louise Dennis Burris, 71 years of age, of Raleigh, passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Transitions Hospice Home in Raleigh.
Louise was born March 5, 1943 in Stanly County to the late Henry Faye Dennis and the late Jettie Mae Chandler Dennis.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Monday, December 22, 2014, at Hartsell Funeral Home, 522 North Second Street, of Albemarle. The funeral service will be on Tuesday at 1:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel, 522 North Second Street in Albemarle, officiated by Rev. Joe Smith. Burial will follow at the Stanly Gardens of Memory at 2001 East Main St., Albemarle.
Survivors include husband, Aaron Malcolm Burris of Raleigh; son, Donald Burris of Raleigh; sisters, Helen Sasser, Ann Clark, and Irene Jeffries; and brothers, Jessie Dennis and Bobby Dennis.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
