Lonnie Boozer

Lonnie Boozer, of 107 Forest Drive, Locust, passed away February 10, 2010, at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis. He was born May 26, 1950, in Jefferson County, Alabama, to Ted Boozer and Betty Sue Tidwell Boozer who preceded him in death. The family will receive friends Friday, Feb. 12, at Hartsell Funeral Home from 1:00 until 2:00. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 in the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel. All other times the family will be at the home. Survivors include his wife, Karen Jo Hare Boozer and daughter Melissa Megan Boozer of the home; daughter Lyndsey Kintner and husband, Kevin, and granddaughter Hayley, all of Concord; brother Ricky Boozer and Family of Florida; sister Patricia Hurley and Family of Alabama. The family will receive friends and family after the service at the home of his daughter, Lyndsey, at 4456 Norfleet Street, Concord.
